Drive Collaboration: Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance to evaluate new employee benefits and provide critical forecasted cost information for global financial planning. Enable the Team: Develop a user-friendly experience that ensures every PaperCutter has easy access to their benefits and receives timely, accurate support for all payroll inquiries. Measure What Matters: Oversee monthly and annual reconciliations and accounting entries, translating complex payroll data into accurate financial reporting.
