THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Payroll officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of payroll for all employees. This role ensures accurate employee records are maintained and that payroll is delivered in a timely, compliant and customer-focused manner to internal stakeholders and external clients as required. MAIN ACTIVITIES * Preparing national weekly, fortnightly & monthly payroll data * Ensuring all timesheets, payroll changes, records and other related material is received prior to close of payroll run.  * Maintaining all pay records, employee records, leave records and related information. * End of Month processes including Payroll Tax * Ensure correct processes are followed in relation to our time and attendance System * Calculating termination pays. * Preparation of adhoc and standard reports for management and/or HR * Creating invoices to send to AP based off payroll results including but not limited to PAYG, Leases, Superannuation * Providing a customer focused service to all employees and HR with regard to payroll queries. * Maintaining computerised filing systems. * Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met. * Provide reports for Government Compliance – PAYG Tax etc. * Monitoring payments in regard to EBAs, Awards, Employment Contracts, organisational policies and other relevant legislation * Management of various internal and external interfaces (Bank, HEART and Kronos) * Maintain records and provide reports regarding Workers Compensation     What we offer?
