Job Overview: As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of employee payroll for our automotive company. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and other compensation for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and benefits Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and other compensation Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any issues or discrepancies Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure compliance Prepare payroll reports for management and assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new employees and process terminations Keep employee information confidential and secure at all times Continuously improve payroll processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations Proficient in using ERP Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Saudi only Join Our Team: At NewEast KSA, we value our employees and their contributions to our success.
