About the role
Reporting to the Payroll & Compliance Manager, in this role you will:
- Process end-to-end payroll of employees
- Ensure compliance with award and non-award conditions
- Efficiently handle the payroll processes for new hires, terminations, and adjustments
- Provide timely and comprehensive support for payroll enquires
- Support payroll reporting and data analysis tasks as required
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience with using Access MicrOPay (SAGE) is highly regarded
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to efficiently prioritise tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating within a team environment
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
