Job Description
- Managing and maintaining Australian payroll Emails, handle payroll enquires and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assisting outsourcer for pay run preparations and providing employee movements on timely basis.
- Preparation on payroll related calculations such as new hires payments, termination pays, FTE change etc.
- Accurately process (via outsource) payroll for 1,000 employees on monthly basis.
- Pay run variance preparation and checking. Preparation on pay run related reports.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Assisting with senior payroll officer with payroll reporting and other payroll related tasks and projects when required.
- Leave audits & other adhoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Payroll function experience in a corporate organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in previous roles.
- Approachable and friendly manner with a customer orientation focus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of Preceda an advantage but not essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
