Job Description

  • Managing and maintaining Australian payroll Emails, handle payroll enquires and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assisting outsourcer for pay run preparations and providing employee movements on timely basis.
  • Preparation on payroll related calculations such as new hires payments, termination pays, FTE change etc.
  • Accurately process (via outsource) payroll for 1,000 employees on monthly basis.
  • Pay run variance preparation and checking. Preparation on pay run related reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  • Assisting with senior payroll officer with payroll reporting and other payroll related tasks and projects when required.
  • Leave audits & other adhoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Payroll function experience in a corporate organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in previous roles.
  • Approachable and friendly manner with a customer orientation focus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of Preceda an advantage but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
