We’re seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to join our People and Culture Payroll Team and help ensure smooth, accurate payroll services at Victoria University.. About People and Culture: We provide strategic HR support and innovative workforce solutions across the University, driving initiatives in diversity, change management, employee relations, and recruitment. Within People and Culture, our Payroll team ensures compliant, accurate payroll services covering taxation, benefits, and entitlements. About the Role: As Payroll Officer, you’ll manage accurate and timely payroll processing for all University employees, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies. You’ll handle payroll adjustments, employee entitlements, and resolve queries using VU’s payroll system. You’ll also support audits, update payroll resources, and collaborate across teams—all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
