As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Payroll Officer. Responsibilities Support in the collection and processing of payroll-related data Maintain and update employee personnel records Monitor and manage employee time tracking, attendance, absences, and leave requests Manage submissions and updates in the ERGANI II system (hiring, employment changes, work schedules, etc.) At least 2 years of experience in a similar position Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or other related fields Master’s degree will be considered an asset Knowledge of Payroll software (SoftOne, EPSILON NET) Excellent knowledge of ERGANI system and of labor and insurance law Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in English, both oral and written Personal Skills Detail-oriented with a structured and strategic approach to problem-solving Analytical thinking and critical reasoning Excellent organizational skills and results-driven mentality Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset A competitive fixed salary package aligned with your experience and expectations Hybrid working model Private insurance, corporate benefits and perks Continuous training and professional development Excellent professional environment Modern and productive working facilities Don’t miss the chance to join a Great Place to Work–Certified company that fosters a positive work environment and is proudly recognized as a Best Workplace for Women 2025.
