Join the team at Flix Brewhouse, the first-ever cinema brewery in America, where we blend the love of film with the joy of craft beer and delicious food!   Job Description: The Payroll & Ops Coordinator will assist in processing bi-weekly payroll, required payroll reporting, helping to maintain employee records, and assisting in the day-to-day coordination of general office support.         Job Qualifications:   * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.  * Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ADP Workforce Now, Toast, Restaurant 365, One Drive and other necessary platforms.  * Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry with multi-unit payroll and/or tip allocations.  * Two years of experience in payroll & tip processing preferred.   * High school diploma or equivalent required.     Job Tasks:   * Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system.   * Issues, or reissues, physical or electronic renumeration.  * Reconcile payroll biweekly, quarterly, and annually.  * Processes garnishments, maintains tax rates and credits.  * Assist in processing status changes including onboarding, promotions, terminations and unemployment claims.  * Provide administrative support including ordering supplies, stocking kitchen, assisting in mailing out employee correspondence and shipping company collateral to the various units, sorting, processing, and distributing incoming mail, and coordinating monthly office gatherings/celebrations.  * Provides light phone support / fielding incoming calls.  * Performs other duties as assigned.    Physical Requirements:   * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  * While we do offer flexible work hours, this position is an “in-office” role.   *We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer which values diversity.
