Location: Negotiable (Remote)
The Payroll Operations V&A Program Manager oversees and leads the vision and strategy of V&A payroll activity understanding the complexity of the different systems and teams, navigating and managing the organization dynamics with skillful communication and leadership guidance. They are responsible for the overall program management of the projects, timelines, costs, resources, reporting, and status updates to leadership with effective and informative dashboards. They will oversee the comprehensive program management for payroll systems and processes in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads payroll integration projects
  • Meets deadlines while maintaining commitment to high quality standards and excellent employee experience
  • Manages cross-functional teams
  • Manages budgets and resource allocation

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Advanced project management and knowledge of agile methodology
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, including resource allocation and budget management. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in payroll operations
  • Skilled at overseeing and implementing changes in organizational structure, processes, or procedures
  • In-depth understanding of Dayforce includes Core HR and Data, Workforce Management, Payroll
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Payroll process, calculation, and services
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Program Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, Test Execution and Management, Change Management, Dayforce

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

  • Experience with fostering collaboration across teams, providing clear direction, delegating tasks efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
