Responsibilities The Opportunity The main purpose of this role is to drive process improvement initiatives within the Americas Payroll Team by leveraging the Payroll Optimization Model to reduce errors and generate time savings. This role is also responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting KPIs to support performance tracking, operational insights, and strategic decision-making Your Impact As Payroll Optimization Analyst your functions would consist of: Execute payroll services for PepsiCo by supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Process and analyze data for KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and availability for performance tracking. • Maintain continuous communication and provide support to local functional teams. • Actively participate in process optimization projects. • Ensure excellent customer service throughout optimization initiatives. • Deliver services in alignment with established SLAs and KPIs. • Maintain complete and accurate documentation to support audit readiness. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Knowledge of Python, C#, SQL, or other programming languages is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; Power BI is a plus. Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal, are preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and organizational capabilities. Ability to quickly adapt to change and proactively communicate throughout processes and projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
