YOUR ROLE

As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage end-to-end payroll operations and support People & Culture (P&C) processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across multiple countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage payroll end to end process including interfaces to tax authorities, authorities, health insurances providers etc. in SAP PY
• Act as interface to accounting with regard to all payroll related bookings
• Maintain precise employee records in HRIS (Workday, SAP) , ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
• Manage critical P&C transactions including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer payroll tasks: verify timesheets, calculate leave, and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding P&C practices and payroll matters.
• Contribute to P&C initiatives through data analysis and document management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Act as a key interface for payroll-related topics with international managers and employees.
• Liaise with internal teams (P&C Service, People Partners, Rewards, Finance) and external auditors.
• Be Part of Project teams to improve payroll processes, implement new solutions or implement legal changes / new Amadeus policies
• Support year-end activities including accruals and audit preparation.
