QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with hourly and salaried payroll; multi-state preferred
• Willingness to learn UKG if you haven’t used it before

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll runs, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Maintain payroll records and handle adjustments as needed
• Partner with HR and finance teams for seamless operations
• Support payroll manager with vendor communication and process improvements
