QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous payroll processing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities
  • Collect and enter payroll data from assigned clients via phone, email, or fax
  • Process payrolls and distribute according to client specifications
  • Archive payroll reports, invoices, and documentation to the server
  • Complete 401k/IRA uploads and generate payroll-related client reports
  • Provide ongoing client support for payroll platforms
  • Maintain employee records including new hires, direct deposits, address changes, and earnings/deduction codes
  • Support new client implementations by setting up tax accounts, billing, and payroll data
  • Assist with quarter-end and year-end activities, including W2 preparation and reporting
  • Respond to client inquiries and deliver professional, solution-oriented customer service
  • Provide administrative support including prepping upcoming payrolls, supply management, and assisting in production operations
