Miller Senior Health as an entry-level Payroll Processor, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time, and with care. What You’ll Do Assist with regular and off-cycle payroll processing Enter and maintain employee payroll data (new hires, pay changes, deductions, terminations) Review timekeeping records and help resolve discrepancies Respond to routine employee payroll questions Support compliance activities, audits, and year-end tasks (including W-2s) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information Assist with payroll system updates and process improvements Requirements 1–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative work Strong attention to detail and basic math/data entry skills Dependable, organized, and able to meet strict payroll deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Experience with payroll or HR systems (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paylocity, etc.) Familiarity with timekeeping systems Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field Interest in growing a career in payroll or HR Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Voluntary Short and Long Term Disability Voluntary Life Insurance PTO Discounts on home, auto, and pet insurance 401(k) plans with a percentage of the employee portion matched by the company Discount at Larry H.
