Description
We are looking for a motivated and talented Payroll Project Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with HR and finance departments to determine platform/systems needs and requirements, as well as managing global projects and integration activities. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with HR and finance departments to determine platform/systems needs and requirements. Be involved in global projects and manage integration and possible partner scouting. Plan and implement payroll-related projects, ensuring completion within established deadlines. Ensure all payroll procedures comply with local laws and regulations. Design, test, and implement new payroll systems or updates to existing systems. Create detailed reports on payroll operations and project outcomes. Maintain project documentation for future reference and audits. Understand the current situation and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and harmonization. Determine the best solutions to adopt in terms of Time and Attendance systems, Payroll systems, and Providers. Provide support in carrying out routine activities and new projects. Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent experience. Solid experience in payroll systems management or similar roles. Skills in payroll software, implementation and project management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
