Seeking a well-organized individual to perform tasks in the Payroll, Purchasing, and other Business Office functions.The successful candidate will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the Business Office including providing administrative and organizational support to the Finance Coordinator. The job includes: Preparation and reconciliation of the districts bi-weekly payrollsPurchasing/Bidding, ongoing maintenance of employee filesEmployee will be cross trained in other business office dutiesExcellent verbal, written communication, and computer skills requiredMust be able to design and maintain Excel spreadsheets/Google sheets and manage documents using MS Office and Google DocsIndividual must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and be a team playerGreet and direct incoming visitors and promptly notify appropriate staff upon their arrival Sort and distribute incoming mail to assigned staffRecords cash receiptsAssists in the budget processAssists other departments as neededFull-year position - 40 hours per week with an excellent benefit package including: Health/Dental InsurancePaid vacationPaid sick timePaid holidaysAccess to 403 (b) voluntary retirement planSalary Range: Commensurate with education and experienc
