Your job as Payroll Specialist
Will you join our team and contribute to correct and efficient payroll administration?
As a Payroll Specialist at Honda, you are the first point of contact for our employees and you are responsible for correct wage calculation. Together with the payroll team, you take care of the payroll for 700 employees at our branches in Ghent and Aalst.
You get energy from
Prepare, process, check and analyze payroll data in collaboration with the service center;
Check and manage time registration system;
Advise employees & management regarding their wages & employment conditions;
Preparing HR administration: drawing up employment contracts, reconciliations of fringe benefits, in- and out-of-employment files, etc.
Follow up social legislation and apply collective labor agreements and HR procedures;
Prepare reporting & analyses.
Your strengths
Your accuracy, eye for detail, discretion, organizational talent and team orientation are your strongest assets.
As an experienced Payroll Specialist you have a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll is a must.
You can easily use digital tools (time registration, Excel, etc.) and have experience working with a service center. Experience with Protime and/or Attentia is a plus;
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
