Description

This is a key role for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll process in a dynamic, high-growth residential property management business.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of payroll, pensions, benefits, and statutory deductions, while serving as the first point of contact for all payroll-related queries.

Responsibilities

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a subject matter expert, staying informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Support payroll audits and take the lead on addressing any findings or compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Team for month end and year end reconciliations, reporting and audit preparation.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to payroll systems, processes, and policies to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Continuously review and refine payroll workflows to ensure they support business growth and scalability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in compliance with GDPR and internal data retention policies
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business on payroll-related queries, providing insights and guidance where needed.
