PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR Introduction about the Organization Elval is the aluminium rolling division of ElvalHalcor S.A. With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets. Key Accountabilities Collects daily, weekly or monthly timesheets Prepares employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software Schedules bank payments Distributes payment statements and gathers signed receipts (digital or paper) Reports on payroll expenses Ensures wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations Enters new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases Answers questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field MSc will be considered a plus Proficient in MS Office Excellent Command in Greek and English Language (written-spoken) Ability to handle confidential information Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Outstanding organizational and time management skills About the benefits Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
