As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and timely for our dedicated teammates. AS PAYROLL COORDINATOR YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a mid to large-sized, multi-state company
  • Strong proficiency in payroll systems; (Paycom, Dayforce, UKG etc.) is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • A customer-service driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,500 teammates.
  • Ensuring the correct withholding of all legally required federal, state and local taxes and other deductions; including wage, tax and child support garnishments.
  • Ensuring Active Day remains compliant with all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
  • Assisting all levels of teammates resolve any payroll problems and questions.
  • Identifying any areas of improvement that would make the department more efficient.
