Job Description As a key player of the Regional HR team, the Payroll Specialist owns and run the payroll process in Spain. The role is based at AFRYs office in Madrid. The main responsibilities include: Management of the full payroll cycle: data entry, calculation, review, and monthly closing Settlement of Social Security contributions through SILTRA Registration, termination, and changes in Social Security contributions through the RED system Communication of contracts through Contrat@ and management of contract modifications Processing of temporary disability, accident, severance, and company certificates Coordination with the tax and accounting department for accounting of payroll and associated taxes Generation of monthly reports and documentation support for HR and management Monitoring and updating applicable collective bargaining agreements Support with general labor administrative tasks, ensuring internal controls compliance in accordance with Corporate directives and policies Prepare documentation and manage external and internal audits Support and promote digital transformation Qualifications Essential technical knowledge: Knowledge of any payroll system, such as: NOM3, SAGE, SAP, Milena, etc. Handling of SILTRA, RED, DELTA, and CONTRAT@ systems Advanced level of Excel Strong knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, personal income tax, contributions, and social security Calculation of IRPF, taxes: 110, 111, 190, 345, 216 and 296 forms Knowledge of Gipuzkoa tax legislation will be an asset High integrity as well as good communicator to promote internal controls, policy and global processes compliance Energetic, flexible and dependable. Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist manages the full payroll cycle in Spain, including data entry, calculation, review, and monthly closing. They also handle Social Security contributions and coordinate with the tax and accounting department for payroll accounting.
