A new opportunity has just become available and we’re looking for a HR Analyst-Payroll Specialist specializing in ADP Global view, to join our team in HR. This is a hybrid role and will be based in either of our Chicago, IL or O’Fallon, MO offices. The Impact You Will Have Reporting to the Director, HRIS and Payroll, you will: Payroll Administration Governance and Quality Assurance Project Work Business Relationships and Vendor Management Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Payroll Administration Enter data and pay transactions into ADP GlobalView payroll system and resolve payroll discrepancies as needed Support biweekly timekeeping reconciliation and load process Conduct payroll data audits of ADP Globalview and perform clean-up as needed Oversee biweekly payroll close, supporting reconciliation, validation and reporting processes Manage and oversee year-end payroll close Support employee inquiries with strong customer focus Partner with Finance and Accounting on payroll related GL bookings, reports and reconciliation Governance and Quality Assurance Document procedures and workflow processes within the payroll area Archive records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements Draft standards to improve quality as well as active contribution in improving and implementing operation cycles, processes and workflows as well as the implementation of policies and procedures Project Work Continuous improvement of payroll processing, e.g. LOA/RTW notifications, QA checks, off cycle payments, etc. Partner with the Rewards team on year-end benefits/payroll reconciliations and special pays (AAAP census, Deferred Comp bonus, Appreciation Award, ICP and Merits) Business Relationship & Vendor Management Manage relationship with internal and third parties (payroll vendor, auditors, HR and Finance Colleagues, tax authorities, etc.) What you will bring to the role We are seeking a proven Payroll Specialist, with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of payroll experience, with both a working knowledge of ADP payroll solutions, specifically Enterprise and Globalview preferred. In addition to Payroll expertise, we are seeking a professional with comprehensive knowledge of federal, state and local payroll laws. The ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources (e.g., detailed compensation calculations, complex global processes, conflicting info, etc, as well as advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills to effectively analyze the data and convey messages in a winning fashion. A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential. The annualized base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package.
