Position Description: This role involves processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes. Oversee payroll operations, tax compliance, and reporting, and manager relationship with payroll processing partners.

  • This is an on-site role not remote or hybrid.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience with ADP payroll is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail: Critical for ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations and data entry.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to identify trends and potential errors in payroll data.
  • Excellent communication skills: To effectively interact with employees, HR, and other departments regarding payroll issues.
  • Proficiency in payroll software: Familiarity with payroll systems to efficiently manage payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations: Understanding federal, state, and local payroll laws and compliance requirements.
