Our client is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for preparing and processing biweekly, multi-state payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various jurisdictions. The Payroll Specialist will handle all payroll transactions, including wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, with a strong emphasis on timeliness and precision. In addition to maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports of payroll activities, the ideal candidate will also address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies, providing excellent internal support and contributing to a smooth payroll operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 2+ or more years of experience in payroll
• Must have knowledge of the payroll functions to include preparation, balancing, and internal controls
• Experience in with ERP systems is required
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Associates Degree is a plus
  Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  Compensation: $60k-70k/year
