A well-established organization in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) space is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its accounting team. This is a fully onsite role supporting a dynamic, multi-location operation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own end-to-end payroll processing using ADP systems.
• Coordinate timekeeping data via E-Time and related interfaces.
• Manage garnishments, 401(k) files, and leave balances.
• Serve as the primary liaison with payroll software providers.
• Partner with HR to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Interpret and enforce payroll policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, reporting, and GL reconciliation tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
