Crossland wishes to recruit a talented Payroll Specialist to join a highly successful Finance Team.
This is a new position in the company, it is full time permanent and represents a requirement to bring in an experienced specialist after a period of consolidated growth.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and will be experienced in working to weekly and monthly Company, Banking and Statutory deadlines.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Swatragh and can commence immediately.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end running of group payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ongoing maintenance of Payroll Database including entering and checking all payroll information, such as New Starters, Leavers and employee changes.
  • Collating information from various time & attendance systems and configuring same for upload into Sage 50
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex payroll issues to senior management
  • Completion and submission of P11D’s
  • Ensuring accurate calculations of statutory payments including SSP, SPP, SMP etc
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date RTI
  • Ensuring payments to staff, HMRC, Pension Providers are made accurately and on time
  • Handling all payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Absence, overtime and holiday reporting
  • Ensuring the company is compliant with the latest payroll legislation
  • Administration relating to Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to work scheme, Charity Giving
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
  • Any other duties including but not limited to Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental matters as required.
