What you bring Experience with in-house payroll processing Knowledge of payroll best practices. Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. Constantly thinking of ways to improve and speed up their work. Key Responsibilities Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals. Update and maintain accurate payroll records. Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks. Maintain Zendesk ticket queue. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers. Responsible for ensuring full data integrity. Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement.
