You will handle the monthly payroll and salary accounting and ensure the proper processing of all payroll-related processes.HR Service. You support and advise employees and managers on all payroll and personnel-related issues and are in contact with social security institutions, authorities and other external contacts.Personnel administration. You maintain employee master data and transaction data, process entries and exits as well as organizational changes, and create certificates, evaluations and statistics.Processes & Projects. You will contribute to the further development and digitalization of HR and payroll processes, support the maintenance of our HR systems, and accompany cross-departmental projects in the area of ​​payroll & services.Qualifications

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of social security, income tax and labor law.
• You have practical experience with SAP HCM, particularly in the modules Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (PT). Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or ATOSS is an advantage.
• You are confident in using the Microsoft 365 applications.
• You work in a structured, careful and service-oriented manner, act responsibly and enjoy collaborating with different contacts.
