* Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states in the U.S., Canada and Ireland. * Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits. * Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently. * Support audits, year-end processing (W-2s), and regulatory reporting. * Manage payroll inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses. * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to maintain accurate payroll data and seamless processes. * Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, cross-functional team.
