Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description What you'll do: Work on end-to-end payroll processing for Bulgaria. Ensure accurate execution of monthly payroll while keeping respective deadline. Work on submission and manage type of leaves (sick leaves, maternity/paternity etc.) into NSSI. Prepare and deliver of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to internal stakeholders. Submission of statutory reports to local authorities. Process all year-end payroll and tax activities. Understand and be in compliance with local labour, tax and social security legislation. Maintain full compliance with internal controls (ICFR), audit requirements, and business continuity protocols. Support internal stakeholders in case of internal and external audits related to payroll. Work in cooperation with the team towards improving standard operating procedures and documentation for payroll processes. Maintain effective communication and good relationship with company partners (HR, Finance etc.) and local authorities. Enhance internal processes and technical solutions. Participate in projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and the consistency of payroll processes. Qualifications What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or other related field 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Bulgarian payroll. Experience working with payroll software (Oracle Cloud will be considered an advantage) Deep experience related to tax, social and labour laws applicable to payroll Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel Appetite for improving processes and setting new best practices Work independently according to deadlines Very good verbal and written English It will be considered an advantage if you have: Experience with payroll processing of other countries across Europe Experience supporting implementation of new payroll software Interest in process improvement, automation and AI technologies Additional Information What you will get: Work environment - excellent work conditions with friendly environment, recognized team spirit, and fun and quality recreation time.
