Senior Payroll Consultant (m/f/d)


 Do you want to provide comprehensive employee support within Corporate Functions – Operations & Services ? Our team is responsible for contracts and payroll, guides the learning journey of all employees, and coordinates quality management reports. Secure our shared success and make a difference with us: as a Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d). 

Locations: Düsseldorf , Frankfurt (Main)  and Munich .

Your impact:


As a Senior Specialist Payroll (m/f/d), you will use your expertise to prepare and carry out the payroll processing for a fixed group of employees.

  • Support :  You advise employees and managers on all matters relating to payroll.
  • Compliance :  When processing your invoices, you also keep an eye on compliance.
  • Administration :  You also ensure a smooth certification and reporting process and handle correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities and insurance companies. 
  • Support :  You also contribute your expertise to current digitalization topics, HR projects, or our knowledge management.

Your skillset:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or completed studies  with relevant specializations
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting , ideally with SAP HCM. Practical experience in the field of company pension schemes is desirable. 
  • Proficient use  of MS Office products
  • Structured , meticulous and independent work style
  • Strong service orientation , commitment and teamwork skills are a matter of course for you.
