REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:

  • Requires theoretical or advanced knowledge obtained through a Diploma or Degree in Economics.
  • Experience in a similar role gained at Labor Consultancy Firms and/or structured Companies.
  • Knowledge of management software for pay slip processing (preferably ADP).
  • Have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, precision and attention to detail and team working attitude.
  • Confidentiality and reliability.
  • Knowledge of the Metalworking Industry CCNL is appreciated.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Established payroll professional. Manages payroll activities, prepares payroll and time and attendance transactions, maintains and assists in collecting and analyzing payroll related data with full understanding of payroll policies and controls, and wage and hour laws. Collects input for and responds to queries and participates in audits, reconciliations and projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the proper processing of payroll, benefits, and related post-payroll compliance.
  • Manage employee records and documentation relating to the employment relationship (hiring, transformation, termination) of accessory or supplementary documentation for Italy.
  • Follow administrative activities relating to pay slips and labor law (deductions, wages, contracts, TFR, Pension Funds, procedures and policies, etc.)
  • Manage online communications with Employment Centers, with Social Security and Insurance Institutions (INPS, INAIL)
  • Provide direct assistance to employees.
