Overview Great Day Improvements - Payroll Specialist As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for employees using ADP systems. This role includes maintaining employee records, auditing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and providing support for employee payroll inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of ADP, and a solid understanding of general payroll practices and compliance with federal and state regulations. Location: Twinsburg, OH (Cleveland) / Hybrid Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour Responsibilities Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll on a regular basis using ADP Ensure accurate entry of employee information, hours worked, earnings, deductions, and taxes Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Review and audit payroll reports to identify and resolve discrepancies Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, tax withholdings, and time reporting Assist with year-end activities, including preparation and distribution of W-2s, 1095-Cs, and other required filings Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and alignment with internal policies Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll and employee information Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Three to five years of related experience required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
