This role is essential in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve payroll-related matters efficiently.

• Proven experience in payroll operations, with a strong understanding of multistate payroll requirements
• Familiarity with payroll systems and related tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices

• Process payroll transactions accurately across multiple states and locations

• Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies
• Assist with audits, reporting, and special payroll projects
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes
• Support additional payroll functions as needed
