Job Summary:This Payroll Specialist is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely compensation for employees across multiple locations. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll records, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related questions. The position works cross-functionally with various departments to support smooth, efficient payroll operations and deliver excellent employee service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Experience working in home health care.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and EMR systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
