We are hiring a Payroll Specialist! Since 2010, Helvetic Payroll has grown to be Switzerland’s leading Payrolling company. Managing contractors’ salaries is our core business and it is with overwhelming energy that our team works to provide services that meet high expectations. To reinforce and support our extraordinary Finance Team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our fast-growing company. Main responsibilities & Daily tasks: Handle the payroll for more than 1300 contractors (with fixed and variable salaries) Verify all the calculations around the payroll (social insurances, tax at source, etc.) Handle the tax at source declarations through ELM/SwissDec Communicate with the clients and employees (phone & email) Interact with social insurances and authorities Processing of supplier and agency invoices Help for any other finance/invoicing task Technical skills: 3 years of professional experience within a payroll team Very good level of French and English (B2-C1), German a real plus CFC or commercial diploma/maturité or equivalent, Bachelor a real plus HR Swiss certificate a real plus Good command of Excel Abacus knowledges a real plus Accounting knowledges Personal skills: Autonomous, dynamic, flexible and rigorous Client relationship oriented Reactive, solution-oriented and creative Organized Team spirit About the position: Role at 100% Office in Geneva town center Are you willing to join us?
