We are looking for an individual who shares these values and is excited to join our team.As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing all payroll-related tasks for our employees.
This includes but is not limited to: * Processing payroll for over 500 employees on a bi-weekly basis* Ensuring accurate timekeeping and attendance records* Calculating and processing all payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, commissions, and deductions* Managing and updating employee information, including changes in salary, benefits, and personal information* Preparing and distributing paychecks or direct deposits to employees* Reconciling payroll data and resolving any discrepancies* Maintaining confidentiality and security of all payroll records* Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding any payroll-related inquiriesWe are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large company with a diverse employee base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills, and proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.At J.
