Payroll Administrator
LHH recruitment solutions if hiring for a payroll administrator in the Wellington, FL area. This person will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees in an accurate and timely manner. This position is working fully in office with a great company that offers excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly basis for 500+ employees
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions and job title and department/division transfers.
• Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employers’ social security, unemployment and workers compensation.
• Resolves payroll related employee questions and concerns.
• Processing of 1094 and 1095c as well as W2’s.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

You are a great fit if:

• 5 years experience in payroll processing preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and employment legislation.
• Understands accounting fundamentals such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgets.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel) and Sage

This position is a direct hire opportunity that can pay $60k-$70k depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
