LMW HR is a leading HR services company, providing comprehensive solutions including HR outsourcing, payroll services, Employee of Record (EoR), and recruitment. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations team, supporting our international client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Greek payroll for international and multinational clients, ensuring full compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation (including ERGANI and statutory reporting). Maintain and update employee data in HRM platforms (experience with Pylon HRM – Epsilonet will be considered an asset). Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation, and support payroll-related invoicing and accounting processes. Act as a point of contact for international employees and clients, responding to payroll and HR-related inquiries. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Contribute to process improvements and participate in HR operational projects. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll or HR operations. Solid knowledge of Greek payroll, ERGANI, and labor legislation. Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field will be considered an advantage. Business-level English (mandatory). Experience with HRM systems (Pylon HRM – Epsilonet preferred). Strong Excel and MS Office skills. Familiarity with payroll accounting and invoicing procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work with multinational stakeholders. Team-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
