Your contribution to the whole

• Independent and timely execution of the monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
• Advising and supporting employees in all personnel law matters, in particular social security and income tax law issues.
• Taking over the registration and certification process as well as communication with external authorities and offices.
• Coordination of payroll accounting for selected national subsidiaries
• Creation and maintenance of meaningful analyses
• Further development and digitalization of payroll processes and participation in exciting HR projects.

What you bring with you

• Several years of sound experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of labor, tax and social security law.
• Solid MS Office skills
• Ideally, experience in SAP HCM
• Structured and analytical working methods
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working in an agile environment
