We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and coordinate payroll processes across our European region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multinational environments, having managed payroll across multiple European countries including working with contractors and Employers of Record (EORs). Experience with German and French payroll is a must, while experience in the UK or other EEA countries is a plus. A solid understanding of local payroll regulations, time tracking, and legal and compliance topics in the relevant jurisdictions is essential.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on European countries, particularly France and Germany.
• Experience working with Employers of Record (EORs) and understanding of EOR-related payroll processes.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour laws in France and Germany (essential), and mechanisms to remain up to date in changing environmentsProficiency in payroll software and systems (ADP is a plus), with strong analytical and reporting skills.
