EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Associate degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited college/university is highly desired.
· One to two years of experience processing Payroll in Paycor or a similar system strongly preferred.
· High School diploma or GED is required.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Understanding of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Federal payroll tax laws a plus.
· Ability to maintain highly confidential information and trustworthiness.
· Excellent oral and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
· Courteous, professional phone manner, requiring diplomacy and tact with a commitment to Miller values.
· Candidate must be able to meet deadlines and ensure timeliness and accuracy of own work, with the ability to double check things for accuracy before submitting them.
