Our Core Values: * Excellence in Patient Care * Dedication to Quality * Preserving the Worth and Dignity of Every Individual ---------------------------------------- POSITION SUMMARY Wellspire Medical Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), hybrid role based in Humble, Texas. This position is responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle using ADP Workforce Now, from timecard review through final payroll submission. The Payroll Specialist will ensure payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and timely processing while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role also includes maintaining employee payroll records, processing data entry changes in ADP, and supporting the HR Director with additional assigned tasks as needed. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Process full-cycle payroll in ADP Workforce Now, including: * Reviewing and auditing timecards * Processing adjustments, deductions, benefits, and garnishments * Finalizing and submitting payroll * Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Process employee data entry changes in ADP (new hires, terminations, pay changes, status updates, etc.) * Maintain and reconcile payroll records and reports * Prepare payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws * Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner * Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies * Conduct routine payroll audits to ensure accuracy * Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the HR Director ---------------------------------------- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll experience using ADP Workforce Now * Experience processing full-cycle payroll * Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Strong organizational and time management skills ---------------------------------------- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in a healthcare environment * Payroll certification (CPP or FPC) * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting ---------------------------------------- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now * Full-cycle payroll processing expertise * Data accuracy and reconciliation skills * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment * Dependable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
