• Your position:First point of contact for employees regarding all billing-related questions
• Independent processing of monthly payroll including reporting and certification procedures.
• Close cooperation with the respective specialist departments, health insurance funds, authorities and social security institutions.
• Maintaining master data in HR-specific systems
• Contributing to the further development and optimization of payroll and HR processes
• Your qualifications:Completed commercial training or studies (e.g., business administration), ideally with further training as a payroll accountant.
• Solid professional experience in the aforementioned field of activity
• Good knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
• Proficient use of common billing systems (especially SAP) and MS Office
• Fluent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Structured, discreet and very meticulous working style
• High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
