Projects & Analytics: Support special projects, conduct ad‑hoc analysis, and contribute to critical HR initiatives that enhance payroll excellence. What You’ll Learn US Payroll & Tax Foundations: Build a practical understanding of federal, state, and local taxes, garnishments, and payroll controls across multiple jurisdictions. HR Systems & Tools: Gain experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday Payroll/HCM) and advance your Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Quality & Risk Management: Learn how audit controls, reconciliations, and vendor governance ensure accuracy and compliance at scale. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Develop confidence in responding to employee questions and advising managers on payroll and timekeeping topics. Who You Are Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy. Curious and proactive, eager to learn US payroll regulations and apply them in real‑world scenarios.
