Independent processing of monthly payroll including pension benefits (company pensions)
Secure handling of reporting, certification and auditing procedures, as well as support with year-end closing activities.
Management, maintenance and validation of salary components, benefits in kind, company cars and non-cash benefits.
Providing expert advice to employees and HR colleagues on billing-related topics
Participation in annual salary adjustments and variable compensation processes.
Optimization and standardization of payroll processes as well as participation in HR digitalization projects
