What We Offer * Competitive compensation * 100% 401K match up to 4% * 3-tier medical insurance * 2-tier dental insurance * Vision insurance * Health Savings Account * Flexible Spending Accounts * Short Term and Long Term Disability * Employer-paid life insurance * Voluntary Employee, Spouse and Child Life Insurance * Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Insurance * $3,000 Tuition Reimbursement  * Paid Time Off (PTO) Key Responsibilities * Prepare and process Payroll for US and Canada  * Keeps abreast of ADP payroll system updates and upgrades * Enter and review payroll data such as garnishments, PTO, timecard corrections, etc. for accuracy * Adjust pay for raises, bonuses and commissions * Process terminations including processing final payments in accordance with state regulations * Complete 401(k) release of funds biweekly and assist with annual audits * Maintain, verify and create payroll reports for each biweekly pay period and off-cycle payrolls * File and certify EEOC reporting with the U.S government annually * Submit and certify California Data Collection annually * Submit and certify Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting as requested * Prepare and submit Occupational Employment Statistics and benefit compliance data where required by state * Collaborate with Workers Compensation Auditor(s) to complete annual audit(s) * Assist managers and employees with timecard adjustments as needed * Respond to state unemployment claims * Maintain compliance with federal and state tax changes including new state and local codes * Respond to routine HR questions included but not limited to payroll, benefits, and policy provisions * Register new showroom or warehouse locations for SUI and SIT numbers * Process payroll amendments when needed * Oversee and track leave of absences providing necessary compliant paperwork  * Ensure all necessary documents are collected for employee personnel folders * Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Team * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or 3 more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  * Robust working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) * Detail oriented, able to check own work and that of others * Analytical skills, and to communicate effectively * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Multi-State payroll knowledge is a plus Commitment to Inclusion Porcelanosa provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
