At Probe, expect to think differently, challenge the norm and find your purpose. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible in: 1. End to End Payroll: Process new employee details & update employee changes, process termination and redundancy of employment in the payroll systems Organize On cycle and Off Cycle pay run on a weekly schedule based on a Fortnightly Calendar and assist with monthly payroll clearing reconciliations Review Pay Register Report for accurate payments, costing details, time sheets in Workday, and incentives (OTE) payments. 2. Administrative: Preparation of worker’s compensation and superannuation payments and documentation Handling payroll queries (verification, separation certificate, etc) Accurate and timely filing of records Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years practical experience in Australian Payroll or 3-4 years International Payroll experiences (e.g. US, EMEA or APAC) End-to-end PH payroll experience can also be considered Proficient use in a payroll/HRS system (preferably Workday, but not essential) Proficient use in MS Office and GSuite Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up (2 days work onsite and 3 days WFH) in Eastwood, Quezon City Explore our end-to-end career opportunities across CX strategy, real-time speech analytics, conversational AI, outsourcing and digital transformation solutions. Responsibilities
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including managing new employee details, changes, terminations, and processing weekly on-cycle and off-cycle pay runs. This role also involves administrative tasks such as preparing worker’s compensation and superannuation payments and handling payroll queries.
