Job Title: Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing timekeeping records, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits. You will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements and work closely with HR to maintain employee benefit compliance. As the first point of contact for employees on payroll inquiries, you will also liaise with the Accounting and HR departments to ensure smooth administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both accurate and articulate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Accounting and HR departments.
  • Customer serviceoriented with the ability to answer employee inquiries and questions effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a businessrelated field, preferably HR or Accounting.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
