We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits, and supporting various human resources functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Process bi-weekly payroll with precision and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Serve as the on-site administrator for health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and records.
• Oversee the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Coordinate safety protocols and manage compliance reporting for workplace safety.
• Prepare and submit sales and use tax reports in a timely manner.
• Provide general administrative support, including order entry and customer service.
• Ensure employee timesheets are accurate and up to date.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR and payroll matters.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the employee handbook as needed.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems, including Ceridian.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage employee timesheets and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Experience in maintaining and updating employee handbooks and HR policies.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety coordination and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
